Valisburg Preschoolers Take a Trip to the Pumpkin Farm

pumpkinpickingOn Tuesday October 26, 2010 about 205 three and four-year-olds from Vailsburg Child Development Center in Ivy Hill went on their first school trip to Casola Farms in Holmdel, NJ.

For many of the young children, this was their first time going to the pumpkin farm. They also went on a hay ride and toured the petting zoo.

A few parents also took the trip, and stated they had a wonderful time and thought that it was a very educational experience for the children.

Vailsburg Child Development Center is an Early Childhood facility that has 210 students with 14 classrooms. All of the children are ages 3 and 4.
